Grapeseed Oil infused with Arnica, Comfrey, St. John's Wort, Local Aspen Bud, Local Yarrow, Spearmint, Coconut Oil, Beeswax, Raw Shea Butter, Essential Oils of Peppermint, Ginger, Eucalyptus, and Menthol Crystals 

INSTRUCTIONS

Warm a small amount of ointment between your hands and apply to the desired area. Massage gently into the skin, allowing the botanicals to release their warming and cooling sensation as the balm absorbs.

This ointment may naturally solidify in cooler temperatures. Warm gently with your hands before applying.
