Join us for a two hour workshop to harmonize the mind, body, and soul at Apres Zen in Mammoth Lakes CA. 

 

We will be creating a unique, organic moisturizing herbal salve to take home. You will also be learning foot massage and stretching techniques and receiving a crystal sound bath sound healing session.

This experience is meant to elevate your self care practice with community, allow you to show up for yourself, celebrate the new moon, and work directly with nature's gifts.
